Briar Schoon 10/17/2017 8:17 PMUnfortunately, I won't be checking in for my no disposables challenge today. I took my leftovers from dinner home in a disposable to-go box. It was a tough decision, but I didn't want to waste the food! Looking back, I should have packed a reusable to-go box with me, but I didn't bring one to San Antonio. -
Briar Schoon 10/16/2017 12:27 PMSadly, the AASHE conference had disposable silverware with lunch, but I had my handy reusable spork and towel with me! The plates with lunch were compostable, so while certainly less than ideal, at least they won't be sent to landfill. -
