    I remember an Office of Sustainability study of the increased garbage at the Mead Bldg, downtown, and how the Mead had more garbage than many other county buildings --much of it being the result of single use disposables from food carts. Here's a link to show how business owners in California have reduced waste... why can't we do this in Portland...we all love our food carts, right?
