    Last day of the challenge! I think I'll still continue doing these things and hopefully make them just a daily habit

    Found out that with all of this eating better and more consistently and exercising I have thrown my Ph balance off. I'm hoping it will adjust itself and my body can be normal again

    Pretty sure I pulled a muscle in my leg and my shoulders hurt super bad. But on the plus side I am seeing results and I have more energy than usual

    About one cup of berries in my yogurt this morning and there was AT LEAST one cup of veggies in my granola! There are a lot of ingredients in that stuff! So good! Also had some fruits and veggies for a snack and had an apple with my lunch

    Day 2 of exercise. I still hurt a lot but not as much as yesterday!

    Had some organic greek yogurt with some berries. I also topped it with an all organic carrot granola! Super yummy! I don't like carrots but this was great and pretty sweet!

    Eating fruits for breakfast was better than coffee (I did have some of that to). I would like to get away from the daily coffee and try to make healthier decisions in my life. I have also been drinking a lot more water than I usually do! I don't feel horrible like I usually do after eating a bunch of junk. I've also been making healthier snack decisions. I've noticed that I'm not snacking as much

    Exercise is not my favorite thing. Day 1, my body aches and I feel like death, but I do have a little more energy than I usually do at 8
