I would like to get away from the daily coffee and try to make healthier decisions in my life. I have also been drinking a lot more water than I usually do! I don't feel horrible like I usually do after eating a bunch of junk. I've also been making healthier snack decisions. I've noticed that I'm not snacking as much -
