Ran 3 miles today during my lunch hour.  I'm finding that a breakfast and dinner fuel me appropriately throughout the day.

Walking every hour at least 250 steps and walking to and from work is wonderful but I know not many people can do this.  I eat two meals a day (breakfast and dinner) and visit our Wellness center, ideally, 4 out of 5 workdays.
