Craig Robertson 10/11/2017 5:10 PMI am concerned with the relationship between caloric consumption and type of caloric consumption and human health. I am finding that the less calories I consume the better I feel. -
Craig Robertson 10/06/2017 3:18 PMWalking every hour at least 250 steps and walking to and from work is wonderful but I know not many people can do this. I eat two meals a day (breakfast and dinner) and visit our Wellness center, ideally, 4 out of 5 workdays.
