I'm still getting into the groove with my challenges. I have to remember daily to put the timer on when I shower - except for the days I don't shower, I give myself points for taking a zero-miute shower:) I've been trying to mentally note my moments of joy, as instructed by my therpist, but am having a hard time remembering to write them in my gratefulness log. The fruit and veg thing is hard because I hate physically making salads and they always seem to go bad before I can eat it all. But I subbed spaghetti squash for noodles for dinner last night, so that helped. Failing to eat breaskfast or lunch didn't though.
