    For the past week I have been asking for my coffee and beverages to be places on a mug instead.

    Today I began volunteering with the PCC Sylvania ESOL program. All we do is converse with pcc students to help them practice their English.

    Turning off the water instead of letting it run. Using my water bottle instead of buying one in school everyday. Looking for good excuses to eat less meat :)
