    I have really enjoyed family walks since this started, I think that will def. be something we continue doing in our house

    spending more time outside and less time in front of the tv or indoors is actually very refreshing .. crazy who knew? haha

    so far the hardest challenge for me is the refined sugars I just cant make myself let go of certain things so I decided not to beat myself up over it because I am building healthy habbits in other ways and have been able to greatly decrease the amount of junk food I take in
