Suzanne Piluso 10/12/2017 9:06 AMI'm participating in Veg Week this week to incorporate some more meat-free meals into my diet....high quality, gorgeous dishes that are half-price across town this week. Check out the Portland Mercury for details (there's a few days left!). Also, I believe plastic clamshells are no longer recycleable at places like New Seasons, right? So that's one I'm eager to implement starting with this challenge-- no more purchasing things in clamshells. I also just noticed I had selected "check into social media once/day" as a challenge.... oof, that one might hurt a little, but I'm going to follow through!-
Patrick Morgan 10/12/2017 9:35 AMWow! That's great! I had no idea.
