Aly Pierce 10/18/2017 10:03 AMI'm about a week clean of refined sugars and I'm noticing a big difference in how my joints feel. My energy is more regulated as well. I was used to radical fluctuation in my energy levels and moods, and I'm feeling more even-keeled now! -

Aly Pierce 10/11/2017 1:21 PMToday is day 1 of many things, but most challenging for me is cutting out refined sugars. I gorged yesterday, and after the sugar high plummeted, I felt tired, achy (joints), and nauseated. I'm excited to get back on the no-refined-sugar-wagon, and seeing if I can hopefully carry it though the holidays like I did last year.-
