    Co-worker Andrea gave such an amazing presentation this morning on organic farming. I learned quite a bit, and was so fascinated with her family's farming history. It was informative, inspirational, and emotional. Thanks, Andrea!

    I'm about a week clean of refined sugars and I'm noticing a big difference in how my joints feel. My energy is more regulated as well. I was used to radical fluctuation in my energy levels and moods, and I'm feeling more even-keeled now!

    Got a chance to walk with awesome co-workers to lunch and back. It's amazing what some fresh air can do for your outlook. Made it another day without refined sugar.

    Today is day 1 of many things, but most challenging for me is cutting out refined sugars. I gorged yesterday, and after the sugar high plummeted, I felt tired, achy (joints), and nauseated. I'm excited to get back on the no-refined-sugar-wagon, and seeing if I can hopefully carry it though the holidays like I did last year.
