brooklyn pienta 10/17/2017 2:34 PMBecause I usually don't stick to three large meals, I found my eco challenge of, planning a weekly menu and only buying the ingredients necessary to prepare them, more difficult than expected. I did find that planning three nutrient-dense meals actually kept me full throughout the day and created much less food waste. I'm also realizing that it requires more time planning, but less time actually eating throughout the week.-
