    it's unlikely i will be able to maintain a diet free of refined sugar for the remainder of the challenge.  the spouse bought a giant box of Walker's shortbread cookies at costco. sigh...

      i use honey to satisfy my sweet tooth. maple syrup is good too.  any banana bread left to share?

      Yay! Is that all sugar or just refined sugar? 
      Yesterday I made banana bread that I sweetened with maple syrup! Turned out great!

      if only the sunset/sunrise was during the middle of the day... :-(.  this week is sunny everyday so i must see the sunset at least once.  this morning was foggy.
