    Eating meatless meals has gone more smoothly than anticipated since we also just made the move to a healthier low-cholesterol diet. Really inspired to try new recipes and play with unfamiliar ingredients! Made daal for the first time this weekend; with red lentils, spinach and a spicy kick, it felt perfect for autumn.
