    For me, my challenge is going pretty well. For my challenge I did taking 5 minutes showers, brushing my teeth without running water, and having breakfast, lunch, and dinner without distraction of my phone, tv or anything with electronics. Showering in 5 minutes can be a little difficult because I'm so used to taking longer ones. I also haven't taken a bath since this challenge. Brushing my teeth without running water during brushing isn't very challenging. Sure I had to change my ways but it wasn't a hard change. Eating with out any distractions was a big change and still is challenging. At home we would sit in the living room and watch tv while having dinner because it was hard for my grandpa to walk to the dinning room. So trying not to watch Netflix or being on my phone is very hard but I am trying. I find myself sometimes on it and then make sure I put it far away from me so I can't use it.
