    I finally did it and decided to go to my physist and take control of my health and live life to the fullest! Healthy body, healthy mind:)

    It is so easy to be kind, attentive and helpful. One lady came into the elevator with a child and large shopping bags. She was so surprised and grateful when I offered to push the correct floor button for her. It is so easy and  rewarding to help others with the little things :)

    New tip: If you find yourself grabbing the phone while you're eating, grab it and put it further away from you :)

    I've been trying to get 7 hours of sleep eveey day and it has been difficult since my schedule is very busy. Although it always pays up in the morning when I have more energy to start the day !

    I haven't noticed before how much time I spend looking at my phone or laptop during meals. It's a bad habit almost like an addiction. So much more aware of it now and I'll definitely continue enjoying my meals without any distractions.

    It's hard to find 3 things every day to be grateful for but that actually shows me that I take a lot of things for granted. I feel so much happier every day because I feel that I've been so blessed :)

    Because of school and work. I have been getting only 6h of sleep every night. Yesterday I went to bed early and got an extra 1.5 hours of sleep. I feel so much more energized :)
