    My challenge is to enjoy 2 meatless meals per day. It is a challenge for me because for breakfast I usually don't eat meat, but for lunch, I usually have a meat sandwich and for dinner I go to Mondos and get buffalo chicken or I go so Sonos and get a chicken quesadilla or I go to the cellar and get a pepperoni pizza. It was also hard for me on the weekends because I went to my friends dorm and we shared a meat pizza and I forgot about the challenge, so it was hard for me to remember the challenge over the weekend. But, I figured out ways to make the challenge work. For example, I get a cheese pizza instead or I go to Whitney and get pasta. I recommend this challenge because it helps the environment and it goes along with meatless Mondays we talked about in class. It was a challenge for me at first, but once you realize there are many other options besides meat, it gets easier once you are able to adjust to it.
