I lost something on my way to my goal, but its okay. Because I lost some weights, driving on my bike to work, 18 miles every day and I'm still loosing weights and I'm feeling so good. Next thing is to get an electric bycycle, so I can go the 18 miles to work and 18 miles back home again, after work. Another good thing is that my lungs is getting better but its not perfect, I'm still close to Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary.

Ridíng my bycyle is saving money and gasoline and I might live a little longer :-)
