Irene Ng 10/25/2017 8:38 PMWhen I started the Eco Challenge, I started out small with tangible achievements. However, through the 2 weeks my family and myself have taken adventures to Mt Hood where we hiked to a waterfall during a time in the year where we tend to stay indoors. We challenged ourselves by going out and helping with the Friends of Trees planting at Jackson Bottom Wetlands during a rainy windy day. The children helped with meal planning by determining which meals they wanted to have hot vs cold. All in all we were very happy for the ideas to get out of the house and explore. -
