    Today I finally completed the ‘disconnect from email’ only when working and ‘limit social media’ goals! They were both very hard! I feel pretty good about it.

    I feel like things are going ok. I need to work on my social media challenge. That one is a struggle for me.

    I’ve selected the tooth brushing water challenge because I have a really hard time turning the water off. I am making it my mission to successfully complete this goal and make it a daily habit.
