Morgan Neubauer 10/13/2017 8:41 AMOne of my challenges is to eat mindfully without distractions, like looking at my phone, computer, or TV. I try to get my friends to do it with me when we're all eating together, and it's much more fun to have a conversation without constantly checking social media!
