    I chose the "Eat Mindfully" challenge to try and spend less time on my phone. I usually eat at least two meals a day by myself which makes it easy to just sit there on my phone. This challenge has really opened up my eyes to how being on my phone was kind of a comfort thing. Usually at breakfast most people are sitting on their phone because they are by theirselves. It made me more aware of how fast I eat and how much I actually eat to waste less food. Eating mindfully has allowed me to spend more quality time by myself and really enjoy my meals and the environment around me. I feel like I've reconnected with both myself and my body. I no longer feel stuffed because I ate too much too fast without noticing. I am really enjoying this challenge and will continue on with it even after these two weeks.
