    Small changes make a big impact, but it is hard to stay focused in our busy lives. I need to remind myself to stop multi-tasking. I accomplish more when I focus on one thing at a time.

      A good reminder, indeed! Totally agree - it's amazing what I can accomplish when I'm in "the zone". I feel so scattered when I try to multitask. And yet, I still try to multitask or am forced to multitask due to interruptions.
