A new challenge I have decided to take on is to reduce the amount of miles I drive per day by only driving when necessary. This is big for me, because I really enjoy a relaxing drive out in the country. I sometimes waste gas taking the scenic route. From now on, if I want a nice ride in the country I will instead park my car and ride a bike instead. 

Using a re-usable bottle was a bit of a learning curve, all be it an easy one, for the first few days of this challenge. I chose this because I found that I would constantly be using new cups to drink water throughout the day. This adds to the dishes, which wastes a lot more water than needed. Additionally, my cat likes to drink out of my water cups when she finds them, so using a bottle keeps her from stealing my cups.
