Ryan Moot 10/22/2017 2:12 PMFlew to LA this weekend to see my mom who lives on the east coast. It was an awesome trip but definitely not a very eco-conscious one considering the two flights in three days. I am super grateful that I was able to escape the rain and it looks like the sunshine came back to Portland with me! Looking forward to getting back into the eco-challenge-
April Ann Fong 10/23/2017 3:15 PMThanks for bringing the sun back!! It's always nice to see mom!! Welcome home!

Ryan Moot 10/17/2017 10:11 AMI just found the coffee cup and muffin wrapper that I was too embarrassed to throw away at the Hoyt Arboretum. Turning off my electronics and writing thank you notes has been pretty easy but trying to cut down on my use of plastics has been really tough for me.-
April Ann Fong 10/17/2017 6:41 PMSome plastics are hard! I'm pretty good, but still...do you have a plastics reduction strategy?

Ryan Moot 10/11/2017 4:40 PMI finally brought a thermos to school and used it for my iced coffee. I usually buy one in a plastic cup with a plastic lid and a plastic straw which I know is terrible. Now I just have to remember to wash out the thermos for tomorrow!-
April Ann Fong 10/12/2017 10:56 AMYay!!!! I love iced drinks in general. Even when I bring my own mason jar, sometimes the barista puts a straw in it! I have to remember to ask for no straw! Nice start, Ryan!
