    Meal prep helped me avoid processed foods and refined sugars. I'm eager to watch a food documentary, but can't find "What the health" anywhere... Hmm.

    Back home, back to doing my own grocery shopping and having time for some proper exercise. Ah, cycling! Nothing like speeding past cars and public transport that is stuck in traffic on a rush hour!

    Good side to traveling: local is exotic, keeping you motivated to discover everything new each day. People, ideas, food, architecture, paths--longer and shorter. Picking fresh pomegranates from a tree every morning and had a beautiful meal of national dishes in downtown last night. Internet and social media consumption is limited to 1 hour per day.

    As I am currently travelling, it is quite difficult to be fully in charge of my day. However, being abroad also means a lot of outdoor adventures accompanied with an exciting yoga class. Throughout the day no meat eaten nor food wasted either.
