    Finally took a step back from busy work to focus on creating my challenge list.  Made a sticky note for the desktop to remind me to live more simply and intentionally so I'm ready to face the challenge of a sugar free diet, exercise, better lighting, de-cluttering and living a life of gratitude.  Let's see how that gratitude thing works out after two days without sugar.
