    Trader Joe's and other stores sell insulated grocery bags so your food purchases will stay cold as you run your errands after a shopping trip. (If your grocery stop is not the last spot on your errand route.

    I save errands for one day a week and with my google route app, map where I need to go so my trip is one big circle. It saves time, fuel and I don't forget things I should get done.

    Another sweep of clothing and household items to be donated to women's shelters. Feels good to open up space at home and hopefully help someone out of difficult circumstances.

    Cooked a new boiled taro recipe with sesame oil and five spice. Very tasty.

    Kept the storm drains cleared during the heavy rains so no flooded street. Now the sunshine is back for a week. Hurray.

    Eating clean, no canned or prepared food any more. Cleaned out pantry of almost all canned and boxed food and donated to the food bank.

    Using pyrex to store food and bring lunch in. Wax paper is a new go to.  Read up on how bad soft plastics are for your hormones, health and the planet and you'll switch too.
