Washed laundry with cold water this weekend - did not notice a difference, so I might as well continue to wash with cold!

Was craving something sweet yesterday, and opted out of sugar-y candy to eat an apple instead. Was not as tasty, but no guilt made up for it. :-)

Learned about toxins in my household cleaners this morning.

Lessons learned - and products I will investigate /sub out for home remedy products:
    1. Phthalates ("fragrance")  - an endocrine disruptor
    2. Perchloroethylene ("PERC") - a nerotoxin
    3. Triclosan - carcinogen, toxic to algae, promotes growth of drug resistant bacteria
    4. Qarternary Ammonium Compounds ("QUATS") - found in "antibacterial" cleaners - JUST USE VINEGAR!
