Noah Zittle 10/14/2017 6:40 AMWhat has helped me over all with eating healthier was myself. You have to think about what you put you body through everyday. Also what you put your mind through everyday. They both need to be taken care of. Plus you get healthier looking skin!!! The amazing thing is that there are a lot of better alternatives that taste better, and all it takes is to look for them :) !
