    I just had the most delicious, home-made, organic (and local!) (and vegetarian) soup for lunch! And was able to check off several of my actions :)

    Yesterday, I made myself a yummy, detox soup made from all organic and local products for my sicky-self—and it was delicious! I also watched a documentary I've always wanted to watch, but never have—Super Size Me. Have you seen it?!?! CRAZY! Anyway, today, I'm back in the office and brought a delicious salad made with organic ingredients!

      that is a great documentary. it's been a while since I've watched it, maybe i should re-watch! that soup sounds YUMMY!

    I was home sick, so I didn't bring my lunch in to work. But instead of eating out I made a meal with the food I have at home!
