Lori Lesine
"I aim to not only use this challenge to kick off (another) attempt at being healthier, but to focus and identify where I can and will make life changes to continue being healthy for years to come. I also strive to help others do the same, so let's do this together."

Lori Lesine 10/11/2017 9:33 AMI haven't gone yet, but I have a gym buddy, we keep each other accountable. We both do 30 minutes of HIIT, but before she even gets there I do my 2 mile walk, about 40 minutes, with half of it inclined to 6%, at various speeds. I'm kind of beat by the time she gets there but I push on to get our training complete! Yesterday she didn't show, but I did the complete circuit without her anyway: I need it and I like feeling better when I'm all done! -
Lori Lesine 10/10/2017 10:28 AMAs I get older, more and more things begin to fall apart! I know how healthy it is to exercise, so I'm striving to make an even bigger effort to stay consistent in my training. And, I'm going to really focus on less sugar here on out as well. Eating healthier and exercising daily can only improve my overall health and this is my goal, now and in the future.
