    I struggled the first couple of days to remember to carry my reusable totes with me for those last minute grocery trips after work or small errand in the middle of the day.  But now I'm more consistent and it feels great!

    I have discovered that giving up screen time every day is much easier than I thought it would be! I'll definitely be continuing this habit!

    I'm a needlepoint artist on nights and weekends.  I decided to pack up my supplies and take my stitching outside over the weekend.  I'll definitely be doing that much more often now that the weather is so perfect!  Here's a picture of what I finished while stitching in the wild!  Enjoy! :)

    Days like today make me want to walk to work EVERY day. It's beautiful outside in Atlanta!

    I've found that taking time outside to enjoy the sunrises and sunsets helps me to practice everyday mindfulness.
