Rachel Laabs 10/15/2017 7:52 AMOne for my challenges was to live simply by only purchasing what i need for health and safety. I picked this challenge because I know I don't have a lot of money right now, and the concept of "living simply" seems like a good way to de-stress my life a little. I have been doing pretty good with only spending money on necessities. However, Saturday I went to Walgreens with a friend and got some essential oils and a pack Halloween candy. The essential oils were mostly an impulse buy, but now that I have looked up recipes for using them to refill a reed diffuser air freshener, I realize I'm helping the environment by re using my old air freshener and making it more organic.
