Debra Kennedy 10/25/2017 9:57 AMSince Sunday, I've challenged my self to start timing of my shower from the time the water is turned on. It takes about a minute to get hot so my actual shower time has been 4 minutes. Just have to move a little faster! -
Debra Kennedy 10/23/2017 11:35 AMI had a much needed "pajama day" yesterday. I didn't drive or spend any money. Saturday's grocery shopping was a challenge to avoid plastic but I managed. Too wet for the farmer's market but there is a produce stand near me so I not only avoided plastic, I supported a local merchant.
I'm very grateful for our covered deck. I sat outside Saturday afternoon despite the rain and watched the birds and squirrels. It was better than any video- they're so entertaining. -
Debra Kennedy 10/19/2017 12:23 PMI got some apples from a local nursery and am making a pie. Husband doing a happy dance. -

Debra Kennedy 10/16/2017 4:03 PMBusy weekend but the challenges were a big focus. I baked cookies, went for a hike, worked outside in the yard, tracked my spending and did some filing to reduce clutter. Beautiful weather was a big motivator- so great to be outdoors. -
