    I lost my water bottle so I'm refilling a plastic bottle.

    I love my Outessa water bottle! It is helping me to not buy water bottles at the store that I end up throwing away after one use.

    Hey guys, I've decided to focus on good food choices the first week and then move on to something new each week. I will be watching the documentary Food Inc. as well. I've seen part of it but not the whole video. I'm sure that will kick start my will for things like giving up meat for more meals than normal.
    I'm excited about this challenge!
