    Bern, Alicia and I headed to Lacamas Lake in Camas - a hidden gem! If you go there you will find a spirited stream flowing over smooth carved stone. Above there is a bluff of ragged rock and oak trees with new development encroaching.

    Had a great run at Glendover Golf Course today. They have a soft bark chip running trail around it's perimeter - maintained by Portland City Parks. What a great public private partnership :)
