    I'm hoping that some of the things I did in this challenge will help me with the Wellness Challenge we are doing for the next several weeks.  I know I need to be better about taking breaks, so I'm pushing myself to get out and take a walk every day!

    Visited East Fork State Park for the first time today and spent a lot of time outdoors.  It was such a beautiful fall day!
