    It's crazy how hard it is to stay away from sugar! I keep on reaching for cookies on plates and realizing sometimes too late. Clearly, I need a new first response.

    My challenge is only buying food and water - does the 6 pack for our house-sitter count as food? And when trying to do no added sugar, I feel like I want it more now than before! I don't think this is true, I'm just now facing an internal "No" when I see a donut on the counter. Who did that today? That was so nice of you, AND it taught me donut-self-control, which is a thing I do not have.

      Those donuts were soooo not fair today! It was too hard to keep walking by without grabbing one. Stay strong and next time let's throw the box away. :)

      I am saving my social media for after work! can't say it hasn't been tempting to take a peek today...but so far i'm staying STRONG! :) you can do it!
