    My mother and I watched "Forks Over Knives" and it was a total eye opener. It is amazing to realize that dairy and meat are not as important. We both decided to give an all plant diet a try. My mother is interested in seeing how it helps with her current cancer treatment. And I want to eat for my body so I can show others the benefits. Our new journey begins!

    Hope everyone is doing great on their challenges! I managed to keep my car parked, only drove it once this week. My bike is my new best friend! Good luck everyone! STAY POSITIVE UCANDOIT!

    Midweek and going strong. It was trash day today. I made sure all recycles were not going to our landfill. Hope everyone else is doing great today! We can do it!

    Still going strong. I put in an extra hour of cleaning and decluttering a storage shed. Found more recyclable goods. Feels good to accomplish a little more challenges. Hope everyone is doing great with theirs. Good Luck everyone!
