Selina Harjo 10/25/2017 4:47 PMMy mother and I watched "Forks Over Knives" and it was a total eye opener. It is amazing to realize that dairy and meat are not as important. We both decided to give an all plant diet a try. My mother is interested in seeing how it helps with her current cancer treatment. And I want to eat for my body so I can show others the benefits. Our new journey begins! -
