Shihab Hanayneh 9/28/2017 3:23 PMMy aim to reach zero waste in purchased food and zero waste in cooked food. Focus on limiting my diet to up to one meat-based meal a day. My goal to sleep at 10 pm every night and wake up by 5 am in the morning. I would like to get into the habit of exercising for 45 minutes day, that should include to either go to the gym, walk or bike around the neighborhood or on a hike.
