Over the weekend I went to the farmers market and got some local produce and made dinner with it. On Sunday I went for a hike in the Gorge and enjoyed the cold and rainy day.

I made way too much soup yesterday and I don't want to waste it so I saved it and will try to eat it every day until it's gone to create 0 waste. Who doesn't love leftovers :)
