Robin McCabe 9/28/2017 7:03 AMI'm not sure why this is such a challenge for me but I've tried many times and never follow through. I have no excuse. We have a walking trail right outside our office and I keep a pair of sneakers in my desk drawer. Maybe putting it in writing will help me commit!
