Eneida Gonzalez 10/23/2017 5:05 AMMaking changes in my behavior, means adding something, or subtracting something, and I have had to figure out what that is. If I said ‘I want to go the gym for an hour three times a week,’ the first thing I’d had to figure out is, what am I not going to be doing during those hours. I noticed that all I would give us was watching TV or socializing on media. My secret to succeeding at change is to be aware of what isn’t going to happen once you start going to the gym.
