    It can be difficult trying to get an extra 20 minutes of sleep every night, but it helps to put my phone down and pick up a book.

    It's too bad it's so chilly outside! I wanted to do my homework outside, but settled for a brisk walk instead of sitting still.

      Glad you were still able to get outside. I love that the Sustainability lounge looks out onto such a beautiful green area so that we can look outside even when it gets chillier.

    It's interesting to start keeping a nature journal. I find myself being more mindful of the little things in my environment.

    I was kind of surprised when I found out that it really wasn't so difficult to switch to 2 meatless meals per day - there have been a few times that I haven't been able to eat what I wanted, but for the most part it's been going pretty smoothly.

      I had a similar experience when I first went vegetarian. I was surprised at how little I missed meat and how much healthier I felt overall.

    I really enjoy spending 10 minutes every day decluttering my space - even if it's little things like reorganizing my desk or recycling papers that I don't need anymore. It makes me feel a bit more relaxed and organized.
