Shannon Gaul 10/16/2017 2:15 PMI have walked everyday to work. Completed 2 days of strength training. Changed my diet to assist in energy and mood. Have used my Happy Light to help with Vit D. Taken my vitamins and supplements everyday for the past two weeks.
