    Yesterday's gratefulness:
    1. The 24th Annual Northwest Public Employees Diversity
    2. I used public transportation to all of my events even though I REALLY really wanted my car. I am trying to carpool or use my pub trans more.
    3. Spending quality time with friends!

    Recently, I joined a bike group. Super excited to learn the biking routes, enjoy nature, and reduce my carbon footprint. I hope to ride a little in the rain. Wish me luck.

    2. Fermented Foods - I was/am getting sick and fermented foods are helping me a great deal.

    1. Snacks in my office. I successfully did not buy lunch today.
    2. It is Friday and it will be a rainy weekend. For the win! I can relax, read/watch a movie/clean, and sip tea. LOVELY
    3. Kombucha! I just had a nice bottle of it.

    Hello! Today, I am grateful for:

    1. Chili. I love my chili recipe. It is yummy and spicy.
    2. I met someone I have admired for years yesterday and we had an awesome time. 
    3. Coffee. I've depended on coffee this week for energy and it is helping tremendously.
