    Whew! Giving up seafood is a tough one! Tonight we had butternut squash lasagna rolls and a super special desert of a homemade pavlova with from-scratch lemon curd and fresh berries. Giving up seafood seems like a good excuse to get fancy af with dinners when I'm home!
