    I am pretty glad I decided to limit social media to once a day.  What a waste of time and resources, albeit totally needful and helpful if used in moderation.

    I already completed the one time challenge of trying a new food preservation method!  Rocked canning applesauce for the first time.

      Awesome! I have this challenge as well. I might do applesauce or brew kombucha for the first time if I can get a scoby.

    I am participating in the Eco-challenge on Rob Greenfield's team!  I selected several challenges for the 2 weeks:   least one whole food meal a day (removing pocessed foods and sugar), 30 minutes excercise daily, limit social media use to once daily and limit showers to 5 minutes.
