And even though it was a simple challenge, writing down 3 things I'm grateful for every day really did help to re-frame my mindset during times that seemed very stressful. -
Jane Esa 10/21/2017 3:09 PMThe colder weather makes it more difficult to keep with 5 minute showers. But, I have upped my meatless meals from 1 to 2. That's been a much easier transition that I expected it to be. -
