I really wanted to try and start a compost at home over the duration of the EcoChallenge, but studying for midterms caused me to run out of time. I plan to complete this “challenge” in the coming weeks!

Weekly meal planning has been great. I've been doing "adult lunchables" with lots of protein. Hard boiled egg, turkey, cheese, deli pretzels, and misc. fruits and veggies. All in my EcoOne reusable bento box!

Looking at one of my waste challenges- I wish it was easier to stop credit card companies from sending advertisements in the mail. Has anyone ever looked into this?

I would like to know how to do this as well. One can contact the local Post Office and ask them to stop delivering anything that is not first class mail, however, that doesn't stop the paper waste. Too much paper in the mail! At least we can shred and recycle.

I'm glad that the "declutter, clean, and donate unneeded items in my home" challenge is a daily one because it's hard to find motivation to go through things for more than 20 minutes. I can't wait to see how many bags I will have to donate at the end of the challenge!

I am excited to take my two food challenges! I have chosen to watch a documentary about food and visit seafoodwatch.org to make healthier choices for the ocean- something I know little about. I have been wanting to learn more about these topics in general, so I'm happy that Eco Challenge is giving me the push forward to finally do so!
