Darby Ellison 10/25/2017 12:32 PMI'm going to do my best to maintain my new habits, especially the meatless meals, the daily walks (even though my dog hates rain in his ears) and the reduced screen time. -
Darby Ellison 10/16/2017 8:54 PMI never would have guessed that mindful eating would be so difficult! Watching the news for traffic and weather while eating breakfast is proving to be a hard habit to break.-

Darby Ellison 10/12/2017 7:38 PMI boldly accepted the challenge to eat three meatless meals a day when I registered yesterday, and then my husband kindly brought home chicken kabobs for dinner. I resisted them because I didn't want to crash and burn on Day 1. Go team!
